| Mary Fioretti, Chairman |
|
Mary C. Fioretti - Chairman Mary is
one of the original founders of the Foundation. She was elected Chairman in September 2007 and she served as Secretary
and Literacy Chair since 2002. She works at Roosevelt University as the Coordinator for the Institute for Continued
Learning. Mary was the past Board of Education President for District 300 and served as a member of the board
for four years. She was the Founder and Executive Director of Volunteers for Students Foundation. Mary holds
a Bachelors in General Studies degree from Northern Illinois University.
She was awrded the State 2008
Public Education Ambassador Award from the Illinois chapter of the National School Public Relations Association. Mary and her husband Sal have two children who are both
graduates of Jacobs High School. |

| Joe Cavallaro, Co-chair |
|
Joseph Cavallaro - Co-Chair Joe serves as the West Dundee Village Manager and brings years of leadership to the
Foundation. He has served as a trustee for three years and two as the Chairman. Joe is married and has two daughters
who attend District 300 Schools.

| David Ward, Co-chair Student Leadership |
|
David Ward - Treasurer David is the President of the Algonquin Bank and Trust. He received his BA in Economics
and Management from Beloit College. David is very active in the Algonquin Lake in the Hills Chamber, Founders's
Day, and served on the Elgin Kiwanis, and Jamboree Days. He served on the United Way selection committee.
He is married and has three children in the District 300 schools. He coaches various volunteer sports programs
for his children. Dave joined the Foundation for the opportunity to partidcipate in an organization focused on the needs
of students in the district through activities and events not affiliated with the district.

| Kristi Stern, Secretary |

Kristi Stern - Secretary Kristi serves as our Public Relations person as well as sitting on the Projects Committee. She
has three children in District 300 Schools.

| Sara Foster, VP Projects |
|
Sara Foster - VP Projects Foster
is a Six Sigma Manager with Allstate Insurance Co., where she is responsible for coaching leaders in use of the DMAIC process
improvement methodology and Change Management tools. Foster has two daughters
attending Westfield Community School and is involved in the TAP and Room Parent programs. Her community involvement has been
diverse and includes participation in fundraising and building of Angel Town playground in Algonquin, Chair of the Christian
Education Board at Congregational Church and Girl Scout Leader. She received her degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens
Point. She was awarded the Carl N. Jacobs Meritorious Graduate Award in recognition for her contributions to the resident
life program on campus. |

Deborah Kelley VP Development Deb is a Consultant and brings a professional level of project management to the Foundation for fund
development. She is currently the Chair of the Spring Gala. She believes the Foundation's Mission is both
worthy and essential for the educational experience of District 300 children. Deb is married and has two young sons.

| Bill Ganek, Nominations |
|
William Ganek - Nominations Chair Bill has
served as Algonquin Village Manager since 1992. During his nearly three decades in municipal government, he also worked for
the City of Crystal Lake and McHenry County. He is an International City/County Management Association Credentialed
Manager and a member of the International City/County Managers Association, the Illinois City Management Association, and
serves as Chairman of SEECOM Consolidated Southeast Emergency Communications Organization.
Mr. Ganek was one of the initial members of the School District 300 Community Leadership
Group and a past member of the State of Illinois School Impact Fee Legislation Committee. His other community activities include
having coached for the Babe Ruth Little League and Raiders Youth Football Organizations. Ganek and his wife, Mary, are charter
members of the Foundation, and their children attended District 300 schools. |

| Dr. Ken Arndt, Superintendent |
|
Dr. Ken Arndt District 300 Superintendent Ken has been Superintendent of Community Unit School District 300 since 2001. He serves on
the Boards of Directors for the Northern Kane County Chamber of Commerce and Judson College President’s Advisory Board.
From 2003- 2006 he was the President of the Large Unit District Association, which comprises over fifty percent of the
public unit school districts in Illinois. Ken also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Argosy and Aurora Universities.
He is also a manuscript reviewer for Corwin Publishing, Thousand Oaks, California. Dr. Arndt is a 2003 recipient
of the Business Connector Magazine's Exceeding Expections Award.
He and his wife Nancy are the proud parents
of two D300 graduates. Their youngest son is a junior at Harry D. Jacobs High School.

| Dennis Cleveland, Projects Committee |

Dennis Cleveland - Projects Committee, Chair Distinguished Educator
of the Year Award Dennis has held a long distinguished
career (34 years) as an innovative educator. He received the Kane County Distinguished Educator award in 1996.
He served as the President of the LEAD Teachers Union for seven years. He has worked tirelessly
on teacher professional development and co-authored the nationally recognized District Induction / Mentoring Program
(Saturn/UAW Award). Dennis also co-authored the Danielson based District Evaluation Process.
He co-authored the District 6th grade Social Studies Curricula. Dennis comes to the
Foundation with a great depth of educational background to help lead the evaluation of Project grants.

| Barb Hansen, Chair Performing and Fine Arts |

Barb Hanson - Performing and Fine Arts Committee
Barbara
Hansen, Chair of the Foundation's Performing and Fine Arts Committee, taught art for three decades at schools including
Algonquin Middle School. She is the parent of three District 300 graduates. She is a strong proponent of fine arts in public
schools and remains active in the community.
Barb is also an artist and is heading up the selection committee for
the DesksonParade public art project. |

Linda Keyes - Foundation Assistant Linda and her husband Bob have lived in Algonquin since 1992. She has two
children who have attended District 300 schools, the youngest is a junior at H.D. Jacobs High School. Linda has been
involved in many activities in D300 Schools including School Improvement Team for the gifted Program, PTO Fun Fair Co-Chair,
Market Day Chairman, Room Mom, Music Department Boosters and most recently sewing/creating costumes for the drama department
at Jacobs.
She also has been involved in many community activities including Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Women's
Club, Project Playground, Founders' Days and was a choir director and youth pastor for many years.

and raised in California, she received her BA in Communications from Pepperdine University, Malibu.

| Ian Lamp, Development |

Ian Lamp - Development Ian is
Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Lamp, Inc., in Elgin. Lamp was born and raised in District 300 and has three children
who are attendees and graduates of District schools. He serves as Chair of the Kane County Economic Development Advisory Board
and is a past president of the Tri-Cities Little League and the Dundee Township Rotary Club. He served as Rotary International’s
District 6440 Assistant Governor from 2001-04. Lamp, who lives in Gilberts,
was a Team Facilitator for a District 300 School Improvement Team. He also has chaired the Board of Trustees for First Congregational
Church and served as Executive Director of the Cardunal Area Chamber of Commerce. |

| Rita Lintzeris, Treasurer |

Rita Lintzeris - Member-at-Large Rita is the Vice President and Bank Manager of the Harris Bank in Algonquin.
Married to Andy and a working mother of three she has been involved in many of her childrens activities in District 300 Schools.
She serves as an Ambassador for the Algonquin Lake in the Hills Chamber. She is a board member for the Northern Kane
County Chamber and is a member of the Alliance of Professional Women.

Debby Sosine - Science and Technology
Chair Debby is a Village Trustee for Algonquin. She was in the first graduating class of the village’s
Ted Spella Leadership School. Debby taught Religious Education at St. Margaret Mary for several years.
Sosine is a long-time District 300 volunteer. She curently
serves on the Boundry Committee. She served as a facilitator for the District’s Connect 300 committee and is a
former PTO board and committee member for Lakewood Elementary and Algonquin Middle Schools. She also was on the
school improvement teams for Jacobs and Dundee-Crown High Schools and is a parent facilitator for the Dundee-Crown Booster
Club. |

| Bill Uhl, Chair Literacy |
|
William Uhl - Literacy Chair Bill has had a long distinguished career in education. He recently retired from the principalship
at Dundee Highlands Elementary. Bill brings with him a desire to assist youngsters at all possible levels so they
can achieve educatinal success. We look forward to Bill serving on the Literacy committee.

| Matt Voss, Co-chair Student Leadership |

Matt Voss -
Co-Chair Student Leadership Matt is
the Owner/President of Northern Illinois Mortgage Corp. located in Algonquin. He is an United States Marine Corp veteran, serving in both Operations Desert Shield and Storm. Matt
received his BA from Northeastern Illinois University and is a 2007 graduate of the Ted Spella Leadership School. Matt and his wife Jamie have lived in Algonquin since 1996. Their two children currently attend Neubert School. Matt currently sits
on the Board of Directors of both Turnberry Country Club and the Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce. Matt
is also an active member of both the Illinois and National Association
of Mortgage Brokers, two trade associations that work closely with state and federal legislatures to help regulate the mortgage
industry. The NAMB recently awarded Matt their Lending Integrity Seal which recognizes individual broker/owners who
meet the industry’s highest standards for knowledge, professionalism, ethics and integrity. During sports seasons Matt can be found on the sidelines of either his children's
travel soccer teams and/or one of their AAYO baseball/softball teams.
